Our wide-ranging knowledge of listed building renovation and extensions, period property restoration, the care and repair of historic buildings and ancient monuments, and the build of unique and contemporary extensions has been meticulously acquired.
Our portfolio offers a good history of previous successful contracts, varying from private clients (for whom we have worked for many years) to the National Trust, Historic England, and other public bodies.
CARRE Heritage - a sister company of D HATCHER & SONS, is based in Sleaford and has more than 40 years of experience in the conservation of listed and sensitive buildings in Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, East Anglia, The Midlands and further afield.
Our specialist team shares a passion for conserving and enhancing the architectural heritage of older properties, particularly listed buildings. We are proud to have developed strong working relationships with architects, structural engineers and chartered surveyors who also share our passion for good building practices.
We create fabulous properties that are constructed faithfully in a traditional style and often with a contemporary interior.
We have showcased below some examples of projects that required our specialist knowledge, skills and expertise to complete, they include brickwork restoration and repair, stonemasonry, lime plastering, bespoke joinery and timber repair.
"At the foot of the rainbow, i've been told, is a hidden treasure, a pot of gold, so I followed its path from Sleaford Town, to the end of the rainbow, far on down, a glittering sight there to behold, they were right, there was a pot of gold, and deep inside I saw this memoir, THIS HERITAGE IS THE WORK OF CARRE"
