3, Southgate, Sleaford or Moore & Scrupps as we all know it, has recieved Heritage funding to restore the roof of their building to the original Welsh slate design with replacement cast guttering to preserve the historic building and maintain the architectural integrity.

Restoring the roof to its original material helps to enhance the building's aesthetics and ensure it remains part of the local heritage.

Sash windows at Moore & Scrupps were repaired using Repair Care techniques which focus on preserving the historical integrity of the windows while enhancing their traditional features.

Decoration, refinishing to highlight the architectural details ensuring the sash windows complement the overall aesthetics of the building.

Renewing the shop front sign board at Moore & Scrupps, involved restoring the sign to align with the historical character of the building, ensuring it complemented the overall architecture of the building, utilising traditional hand painted techniques which has  added authentisity and craftsmanship making it more appealing and true to its heritage.

Vertical pilasters on either side of the entrance have undergone repairs by our craftsmen to preserve and restore their original features to enhance the facade's overall appearance.

A new tiled entrance featuring classic geometric floor tiles in a traditional black and white checkered pattern, popular in the early 20th century adds a timeless elegance to the shop entrance complementing the overall clesign of the building and reinforcing its heritage charm.
